Forget the latest trends in dieting and exercise programs to lose weight. According to some articles and studies, it seems that it is enough to sit still and drink tea all day to lose all your extra pounds. It sounds like an ideal solution … There’s just one small problem – if drinking tea is enough to get thin then why do not we have a perfect body?

Unfortunately, this is where there is a catch. It’s not just a simple cup of classical tea a day that will change our shape completely! We need to look at more exotic tea leaves.

Four cups a day represent about 152 calories, a massive addition of 55,480 calories each year – a total calorie that can make you take up to eight pounds in a year! But if you replace these drinks with unsweetened green tea without calories you will lose those eight pounds! And more chocolate drinks are not as good as an excellent cup of green tea!

Studies must be conducted to confirm the benefits of tea on weight loss

It is clear that the slimming properties of tea need to be underpinned, but this should not prevent you from regularly drinking a cup of tea or an infusion.Whether you prefer black tea or green tea, there is plenty of evidence to suggest that both types of tea can potentially have health benefits, including the antioxidants they contain.

While the benefits of green tea for the line remain unclear, much research has shed light on the overall health benefits of the flavonoids contained in tea. As a result, many health experts today suggest that four cups a day, as part of a healthy lifestyle and balanced diet, can help protect our body from the effects of free radicals – potentially harmful molecules that can damage the cells. Tea can help reduce many risks of health problems like heart disease, cancer, stroke, Alzheimer’s disease and even cataracts.

Tea is a natural source of fluoride, a mineral that is important for keeping healthy teeth. And even if green tea like black tea contain caffeine, health experts say that the amounts contained in a cup are insufficient to cause a diuretic effect.

So even if a cup of tea will not make you thin in one night, this can not hurt you.Our advice: heat your kettle, and forget the biscuits, sugar and milk to enjoy your favorite drink.
